Mindfulness & Grief: 8-week Online Group

Grief affects every part of us. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of how to care for ourselves in a life that no longer makes sense.

This small, supportive online group offers a compassionate space to explore your own experience of grief through mindfulness, meditation, reflective journaling, nervous-system support, and meaningful conversation.

Over eight weeks, we’ll explore practices that can help you:

  • Care for your body and nervous system

  • Meet difficult thoughts and emotions with greater compassion

  • Feel less stuck or overwhelmed

  • Maintain a meaningful connection with the person who died

  • Bring greater awareness, steadiness, and support into daily life

The program is based on Heather Stang’s comprehensive, evidence-based Mindfulness & Grief System.

Although it is organized into eight steps, these are not stages or phases of grief. There is no timeline to follow and no expectation that you “move on.” Each practice is gentle, invitational, and adaptable to what feels supportive for you.

We’ll meet online for eight weekly 60-minute sessions. No previous experience with mindfulness, meditation, or journaling is needed.

As this is the first beta round, all eight sessions are being offered for a symbolic exchange of $88 USD ($11/session)

In return, participants are asked to make every effort to attend each session and share brief feedback about their experience.

This group is open to people grieving different kinds of loss. Spaces are intentionally limited to create a more personal and supportive experience.
