Somatic Therapy for Anxiety & Life Transitions
Move from chronic stress and overwhelm to grounded clarity.
Your Guide: A Companion Who Gets It
Life transitions—whether it’s a career change, a move, a breakup, or a loss of identity—can leave your nervous system stuck in survival mode. If you feel constantly "on," anxious, or disconnected from yourself, talk therapy alone might not be enough.
I offer a body-centred approach to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and navigate change with steadiness.
This is for you if…
This support is designed for you if:
You feel constantly anxious, on edge, or unable to switch off.
You are navigating a major life transition (relocation, divorce, career pivot) and feel unmoored.
You experience physical symptoms of stress (tight chest, jaw tension, digestive issues).
You feel "wired but tired"—exhausted but unable to rest.
You want practical tools to manage your energy and emotions, not just talk about them.
How We Work Together Our sessions blend therapeutic conversation with somatic (body-based) practices to address the root of your anxiety.
1. Nervous System Regulation We don’t just talk about stress; we work with it physically. You will learn to recognize when you are in "fight, flight, or freeze" and use simple tools to bring yourself back to safety and connection.
2. Somatic Processing Emotions live in the body. Using breath, movement, and awareness, we gently process and release the tension, fear, or grief that has been stuck in your system, creating space for new energy.
3. Integration & Resilience You will build a personalized toolkit of practices to use in your daily life. This isn't about avoiding stress, but building the capacity to move through it with resilience and trust in yourself.
Format: 60-minute sessions via Zoom.
Availability: Open to clients worldwide.

A Space for You…
If you’re here, something in you is already listening for support.
Grief isn’t something to fix or “get over.” It’s a natural response to love and loss, and it can feel painful, confusing, and overwhelming.
I offer a gentle, compassionate space where your feelings, your experience, and the life of your person are deeply honoured.
If you feel drawn to this kind of support, I’d be honoured to connect when you’re ready.
