Your First Session: Exploration & Understanding

Your first session is a spacious opportunity to share what you're experiencing—emotionally, physically and mentally.

This may include:

  • Overwhelming feelings or numbness

  • Anxiety, stress or panic

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Digestive issues, pain or fatigue

  • Feeling stuck, lost or unbalanced

There is no rush. We go gently, at a pace that feels safe.

There is no single way to heal. Every session is tailored to what you need in that moment.

My approach integrates:

  • Compassionate coaching & reflective guidance

  • Somatic work & nervous system regulation

  • Grief yoga & gentle movement

  • Breathwork & mindfulness practices

  • Grief education & psychoeducation

Some sessions are body-based. Others centre on reflection and conversation. Most include both.
